Individual stones are difficult to ship. It is similar to shipping a glass sheet. They require a custom size box, bubble wrap, foam packing, and delivery to the post office. This is highly discouraged. Customers frequently call with stories or difficulties they have overcome planning to pay only for the stone. Often it is for a plaque or memorial rock. That is fine if they pick it up. Unfortunately labor and shipping need to be paid if the stone is going out of state.
